The Nurses Honor Guard of South Carolina operates 12 chapters across 46 counties in the state, ensuring that every nurse can be honored with dignity and respect. Find your local chapter below:
- Upstate Chapters: Greenville (Greenville, Pickens, Anderson, Oconee counties), Spartanburg (Spartanburg, Union, Cherokee counties), Laurens/Greenwood (Laurens, Greenwood, Abbeville, McCormick counties)
- Sandhills Chapter: Aiken (Saluda, Edgefield, Aiken, Barnwell, Allendale counties.
- Midlands Chapters: Columbia (Richland, Lexington, Fairfield, Newberry counties) Kershaw/Lancaster/York (Kershaw, Lancaster, York and Chester counties)
- Lowcountry Chapters: Charleston (Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester counties) Beaufort (Colleton, Hampton, Jasper, Beaufort counties) Orangeburg (Orangeburg, Bamberg counties)
- Pee Dee Chapter: Serving Florence, Darlington, Lee, Chesterfield. Marlboro, and Dillon counties.
- Grand Strand Chapter: Serving Horry, Georgetown . Marion and Williamsburg counties.
