- Upstate Chapters: Serving Anderson, Greenville, Oconee, Pickens, Laurens, Greenwood, Abbeville, McCormick Spartanburg, Cherokee, and Union counties.
- Sandhills Chapter: Serving Saluda, Edgefield, Aiken, Barnwell, Allendale counties.
